Ordering With US
- Contact us to discuss your customization ideas to get your personalized customs. We will collaborate and finalize your concept together, by contacting us via:
- Booking an appointment with us by heading to “Book Online”.
- Directly messaging us on Instagram.
- Emailing us at dkaicustoms@gmail.com
- We have two artists that are excited to work on your shoes! They will co-ordinate all the details with you, from designing the concept/theme, as well as staying connected throughout the customization process.
- We work on shoes that are commercially available. We can order new shoes to customize on, but we encourage you to bring your own pair (new or in decent condition).
- Cost is dependent on:
- If a new shoe is ordered
- Total materials used
- Number of hours required based on complexity of the design
- Shipping costs (if applicable)
- Once the design and price have been discussed and agreed upon, a “Terms and Conditions” document will be sent to you for it to be signed.
- Payment of the entire customs will be taken prior to starting the order, which can be either through e-transfer or PayPal.
- Please allow 4 – 6 weeks for the entire customization process. We will constantly be providing you with progress updates, but you can always reach out to us regarding any questions or concerns.
- If you live in the Greater Toronto-Hamilton Area (GTHA) delivery is free, but pick up options are available at Vaughan and Ajax (Toronto).
- If you are ordering outside of the GTHA (including all provincial and international orders), we will be including a shipping fee.
- We intend to take a lot of good photos of your custom shoes, so feel free to let us know if you would like the pictures too!
